Olatunji is the Chief Executive Officer of Suis Properties Ltd. In this capacity, he provides and drives the overall strategy of the Company.

Olatunji holds a first degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria-1993, a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Lagos -2002, a Master of Business Administration –Finance from University of Ilorin- 2006.

Prior to joining Suis Properties Ltd in 2020, Mr. Olatunji had over 2 decades working experience in Finance, Accounting and Banking. He possess exceptional focus and follow through abilities with record of efficiency and productivity.

Akin is a seasoned professional with more than 10 years’ work experience in the built environment industry. He is a Quantity Surveyor with an HND in Quantity Surveying from the then Ondo State Polytechnic now Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo Ondo State – 2008. He also holds a certificate in Project Management.

Akin had at various stages of his career worked in the capacity of Project Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Cost Manager and Building Contractor.

Prior to his stint with Suis Properties Ltd, Akin worked with Citec Int`l Estates Ltd as Project Qs on the European Union Micro Project Programme for the Nine Niger Delta State (MPP9). The project is a 120 unit development comprising of School Blocks, Health Centres, Agro Mills, Civic Centre and Market. The project is located in Akwa Ibom and Cross River and was delivered in 2016

Akin also worked as Project Qs on 2,000 Mass Housing Estate project in Mbora district Jabi Abuja.

Akin`s core competences include Quantity Surveying, and Contract Management.

Mr Bolakale is a Certified Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over 7 years working experience spanning Agency & Letting, Sales, Property Management, conducting feasibility and viability studies, Facility Management, Business Development, and Property Valuation among a host of others.

Prior to Suis Properties Ltd, Bolakale had worked for many reputable Real Estate Firms such as Joe Akhigbe & Co, and Paul Osaji & Co where he rose to become the Chief Valuation Officer among other important positions.

In addition to B.Tech (Hons) Estate Management obtained from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi 2007, he also holds the following Professional Qualifications:

• Estate Surveyors & Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)-2014

• Membership Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) -2013

• Associate Membership Certificate Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) Chartered – 2009

Ifeoma holds a B.sc (Hons) Biochemistry from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Akwa -2018 and running a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of Abuja Business School.
